Thank you for considering the MCC for your upcoming event. To confirm the reservation of your date, please sign the following contract and return to MCC Management with your deposit within fourteen (14) days of your event.
Our goal is to deliver a timely service to you and therefore, your assistance with the following areas will help us make your experience pleasant and memorable.

Daytime rental is available only on weekends (unless conflicting with ICLR / Huda Academy event) from 9am to 12pm or 12pm to 3 pm or 3pm to 6 pm. This rental is associated with the following fees:
Night-time rental is available on weekdays and weekends (unless conflicting with ICLR / Huda Academy event) from 6:00 PM to 11:00 PM. This rental is associated with the following fees:
** Each additional table (with 10 chairs) will carry a charge of $ 10.00 / set (table and 10 chairs).
All charges associated with this agreement is due at the time of submission of this agreement to MCC Management. If you wish to authorize an automatic withdrawal transaction from your account information on record with Islamic Center of Little Rock (ICLR), please acknowledge this option at the end of this agreement.
The amount of the deposit is 20% of the total invoice associated with this agreement. The deposit will be refunded back to the client within five (5) business days after the completion of the event. In the event of a cancellation, the deposit is non-refundable if the cancellation is received less than 7 days of the event. The deposit will not be refunded if a damage to the MCC, kitchen or daycare (if applicable) took place and / or the facility is left with trash that is not appropriately disposed in the trash dumpster.
The MCC Management will ensure appropriate set up of the tables and chairs in the MCC Hall at least 1 hour prior to your event.
The client is allowed to decorate the place in any fashion you like, however, we encourage you to use clear tape to affix decorations on the wall. If the client decides to use staples, $50.00 fee will be added to the total invoice. No nails to be used in fixing the decorations to the wall. Decorations such as glitter, sparkles, rice, confetti and birdseeds are not permitted at any time. All decorations must be removed at the end of the event. REMEMBER, improper display or installation of decorations could result in damage to MCC property and the individual holding the function may incur additional financial responsibility.
The sound system associated with the MCC is not available for rent. You are welcome to bring a speaker to the facility however the volume should not be high enough to be heard outside the MCC.
Placing any bouncy house inside the MCC will be associated with $ 50.00 charge.
All MCC events are considered as non-smoking events. Guests who wish to smoke, may utilize the designated smoking area only to do so.
NO alcoholic beverages are allowed in the MCC at any time.
The undersigned client agrees to hold harmless the MCC, its parent institution, as well as their partners, employees, agents, officers, directors and affiliates from any and all claims, actions, suits or allegations for damages or losses to person or property, which relates, emanates, or in any way pertains to the event; the MCC gross negligence expected. Furthermore, client agrees to indemnify the MCC for any and all costs, damages, or losses which may be incurred by the MCC as a result of such claims, actions, suits or allegations, including but not limited to reasonable attorney fees and expenses of litigation.
I hereby authorize the Islamic Center of Little Rock (ICLR) to initiate entries into my checking / savings account on record with ICLR for the purpose of fulfilling the financial obligation associated with this rental agreement.
